About Us

Rodney created Operation DREAM North in May 2023. He began by establishing the first public Juneteenth celebration in Oshkosh, Wisconsin at the Leach Amphitheater. It was called the “Juneteenth BGOSH 2023 Introduction Celebration”. Operation DREAM North brings its original mission “north” from Milwaukee where it mentored boys from the inner city. It aims to empower all disenfranchised youth fostering community and youth programs. .
