Operation DREAM North is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering at-risk youth and fostering community development in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Building upon the legacy of Operation DREAM, which began in Milwaukee in 2007, Operation DREAM North was established to address the lack of youth programs and cultural community engagement in the region.
Our mission is to add value to the City of Oshkosh and the State of Wisconsin by providing youth and community programs that educate and serve local residents.
