Dream North is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering at-risk youth and fostering community development in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Building upon the legacy of Operation DREAM, which began in Milwaukee in 2007, Dream North was established to address the unique challenges faced by young individuals in the Oshkosh area.
