Operation DREAM North prepares teens for the workforce through the Go Forward to Work Program—a hands-on initiative designed to teach the fundamentals of employment and self-sufficiency. Students in grades 6–10 are paired with dedicated life coaches who help them explore career paths, set goals, and build the skills needed to succeed. This program emphasizes real-world readiness by combining mentorship, practical training, and personal growth.
